Swound!

In 2008, Swound! got together with producer Paul Tipler and made this album. Paul had previously produced the band's favourite album; Sublingual by Cable. He has also recorded breakthrough albums for Placebo, The 80s Matchbox B-Line Disaster, ¡Forward Russia!, Reuben, and Idlewild. Swound!'s seven tracks are being released on Derby-based label 'Stressed Sumo Records', run by Neil Cooper of Therapy? and previously Cable. Stressed Sumo have also recently released material by the Derby band LostAlone.

Swound! are endorsed by Fentimans, who make botanically brewed soft drinks and also Blair's Death Sauce; the hottest sauce in the world, which the band dare fans to drink at their shows.

Tom and Joe appeared on TV show Bargain Hunt and won, buying a vintage slot machine and a silver kettle. David Dickinson said he was a fan of the Swound! demo CD. Rowan made it through to the final three on The Weakest Link after giving Anne Robinson a rendition of the single, Disco Siberia. Anne Robinson called Rowan 'gorgeous'
on numerous occasions. They didn't date.
